Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 29, 2026
Relic Pages (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, request free printables, subscribe to our newsletter, or interact with our advertising.
1. Who we are
Relic Pages is operated by Renato, based in Brazil.
For questions about this policy or to exercise your privacy rights, contact [dustpaperkit@gmail.com].
2. Information we collect
We collect your email address when you subscribe or request a free kit. We also keep information about your subscription, including when and how you signed up, your preferences, and unsubscribe requests.
If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message.
Our website and service providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser, device, referring page, pages visited, and form submissions. Depending on the features enabled, our email service may measure email opens and link clicks.
3. How we use your information
We use personal information to deliver requested resources, manage subscriptions, send our newsletter, respond to messages, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.
Our newsletter includes junk journal tips, Gothic inspiration, free printables, product updates, and special offers.
Where permitted and subject to the choices described below, we may also use information to measure advertising performance, reach interested audiences, and improve our campaigns.
4. Newsletter choices
Our signup forms explain that requesting the free kit includes joining the Relic Pages email community.
You can stop marketing emails at any time through the unsubscribe link included in our emails or by contacting us.
Newsletter subscription and permission for advertising tracking or customer-list matching are separate matters. Where separate consent is required for those advertising activities, we request it separately.
5. Our service providers
We use Systeme.io to host landing pages, manage forms and contacts, and deliver newsletters and automated emails.
We may also use providers for file delivery, communication, security, and advertising. These providers process information according to their roles, applicable agreements, and privacy policies.
We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
We do not rent or sell our newsletter mailing list. Advertising-related disclosures are described below; some privacy laws may classify those disclosures as sharing or targeted advertising.
6. Meta advertising and website activity
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. When enabled, tools such as the Meta Pixel or Conversions API may transmit information about website activity to Meta, including pages visited, signup events, device and browser information, IP address, and cookie identifiers.
Where enabled and legally permitted, contact identifiers may also be used to match events to Meta accounts. Contact information used for matching may be hashed, which transforms it into a coded value. Hashing does not make personal information anonymous.
Meta may combine information received from our website with information from its services and other sources to provide measurement, advertising, and personalization under its own policies.
We use these tools to understand which ads lead to signups, measure campaign performance, and create advertising audiences.
Where consent is required, optional advertising technologies must remain inactive until you consent. You may withdraw that consent through the website’s privacy controls when available.
Read Meta’s Privacy Policy at:
https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/
7. Customer lists and similar audiences
Where we have the necessary legal basis and permissions, we may securely provide contact identifiers to Meta to match customers or subscribers with Meta accounts, create Custom Audiences, exclude existing subscribers from campaigns, or find people with similar characteristics.
Joining our newsletter does not, by itself, provide every permission that may be required for these uses.
You can contact us to object to the use of your information for customer-list advertising. We will honor applicable requests and remove your information from lists we manage for that purpose.
Unsubscribing from the newsletter and changing advertising preferences are separate choices. You may request either or both.
8. Cookies and advertising choices
Essential technologies support website operation and security. Optional technologies may support analytics, advertising measurement, and personalized advertising.
Where required, we provide a consent mechanism before optional technologies are activated. You can also manage cookies in your browser, although blocking cookies may affect some website features.
You can manage advertising preferences through Meta’s Accounts Center. Additional information about advertising choices is available at:
https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policies/cookies/
Browser cookie settings do not necessarily stop server-side disclosures or customer-list matching. Contact us to exercise applicable rights concerning those uses.
9. Legal grounds and international processing
Depending on the activity and applicable law, we process information based on consent, fulfilling your request, legal obligations, or legitimate interests in operating, protecting, and improving our services.
We operate from Brazil, and our providers may process information in other countries. Where required, international transfers must use appropriate safeguards.
10. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, taking account of subscription status, legal obligations, security, and dispute resolution.
After an unsubscribe or deletion request, we may retain limited suppression records to respect your choices and prevent unwanted future contact.
We use reasonable security measures, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
11. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction of processing, or information about how your data is shared. You may also withdraw consent or object to certain processing, including direct marketing.
Where applicable, you may opt out of sharing for targeted advertising. We honor applicable legally recognized opt-out preference signals.
Contact us using the address above to submit a request. We may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.
12. Children and external websites
Our newsletter and offers are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.
Links to other websites are subject to those websites’ privacy practices.
13. Policy updates
We may update this policy when our services or data practices change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice or request consent where required.
