These Terms of Use apply to the Relic Pages website, free digital resources, and email newsletter.

1. Our free offer

Our signup offer provides the free Witch Grimoire junk journal kit described on the landing page and includes joining the Relic Pages email community.

The kit is a digital download. No physical product will be shipped. Printing materials, equipment, and internet access are not included.

The free offer does not require a purchase, payment card, or paid subscription.

2. Email newsletter

When you subscribe through our signup form, we use your email address to deliver the requested kit and send the communications described on that form.

These may include junk journal tips, Gothic inspiration, free printables, product updates, and special offers.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in our marketing emails. Unsubscribing does not cancel your permission to use a kit you have already received under these terms.

3. Permission to use the free kit

Unless a specific resource includes a different license, the free kit is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

You may download the files, print them for your own use, and incorporate them into personal journals, scrapbooks, and handmade gifts that are not sold.

You may share photographs of your finished personal projects, provided those photographs do not make the original files available for copying or downloading.

This permission does not transfer ownership of the files or grant exclusive rights.

4. Restrictions

You may not sell, share, upload, sublicense, or redistribute the digital files, individual pages, or extracted elements, whether free of charge or for payment.

You may not provide the files through shared folders, public download links, marketplaces, membership libraries, or competing digital collections.

You may not sell printed copies or products made with the free kit unless we have provided separate written permission or a license that expressly allows it.

Please direct anyone who wants the free kit to our signup page rather than sharing the files.

5. Digital files and printing

Product previews illustrate the collection. Some promotional images may show styled arrangements or examples of how the materials can be used. The included files are those described in the offer.

Printed colors and results may vary depending on your screen, printer, ink, paper, and print settings.

Please check the download instructions and your device’s compatibility before printing.

6. Acceptable website use

Do not use our website to submit another person’s information without permission, distribute harmful content, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security concerns, or violations of these terms.

7. Privacy and advertising

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and describes applicable choices concerning newsletters, cookies, and advertising.

These Terms of Use do not replace any separate consent required for advertising tracking or customer-list advertising.

8. Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide working downloads and accurate descriptions, but temporary interruptions or technical errors may occur. Contact us if you experience a problem accessing your kit.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Third-party services

Our website and emails may link to third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use those services.

Relic Pages is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or Etsy. References to those services identify advertising channels or the source of customer reviews.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services develop. The current version will appear on this page with its update date.

Any future paid product or subscription will have its price, billing conditions, license, and other applicable terms disclosed before purchase.
